## Hi, I'm Naomi

Founder of Her Money Matters, and someone who didn't grow up knowing how to manage money.  

Like so many women, I had to figure it out later in life. And after 27 years working inside the financial services industry, I saw just how many barriers stand in the way - the jargon, the judgement, the complexity, and the feeling that everyone else seems to have it sorted.

I started Her Money Matters to change that.

This community is here to offer something different: honest conversations, practical tools, and a chance to build your knowledge at your own pace. This is really important so you can feel more confident and take ownership of your financial future.

| As of November 2024, Australian women earn 21.8% on average less than men. This equates to approximately 78 cents for every dollar earned by men - an annual difference of $28,425 | Men work on average 16.2% more hours per week then women, with more women in part-time or flexible work, often due to carers responsibilities | Women aged 60-64 have ~21% less in superannuation than men, equating to $80,020 |
